Important Customer Notice

Liberty Utilities customers in the White Hall service area were moved to a new billing system on June 12, 2017. Customers will see the following changes on their next bill:

  • A new account number. If you currently pay your bill by automatic bank draft, please ensure you update your Liberty Utilities account number with your financial
    institution immediately to avoid a payment processing dealy. New account numbers were mailed to customers in June.
  • Bills will include a pre-addressed return envelope. If paying by mail please include your Payment Coupon to ensure proper credit.
  • Your new statement will include detailed account activity and rate information compared to your previous bill.
  • Your previous bill bundled your Liberty Utilities water charge and your wastewater charge into two single line amounts. The new bill format will show a breakdown of charges such as the monthly fixed customer charge, consumption charges, and related taxes.

Your water and waste disposal charges have not changed.

With the update, you are now able to access new, convenient billing and payment options:

  • Online payments via electronic check, ATM Debit card, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa
  • Access to authorized CheckFreePay locations, including Walmart stores across the United States
  • Paperless billing with the option of choosing automatic payments
  • Payments will still be accepted by Liberty Utilities at White Hall City Hall
