Enhancing meter-reading technology to improve the customer experience
Starting in summer 2026, Liberty will begin upgrading its water meter reading technology throughout the city of Pine Bluff. As part of this two-year project, we’ll be adding updated meter-reading devices to about 10,000 existing meters. In some cases, older meters will also be replaced.
Liberty to install new pipeline as part of ARDOT's statewide road improvement project
To support the Arkansas Department of Transportation’s (ARDOT) Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, Liberty will install two miles of new water main pipeline along W. Sixth Avenue, from Franklin to S. Blake streets in Pine Bluff.
